Community Service
As part of the requirements for an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), every student must complete a minimum of 40 hours of community service. The purpose of this requirement is to encourage students to develop an awareness and understanding of civic responsibility and the role they can play in supporting and strengthening their communities.

 Activity Record

This is the Official DDSB form that must be signed by the supervisor of the volunteer activity after the activity is completed. Additional copies of this Activity Record are available in the Guidance office.
